I get the call from the same #, no voice message left.  I try to call back but all I get is a busy signal.  It's kind of annoying.  Can I block this number?

Both my parents and I received a call from (204) 480-9170 yesterday evening.  No one spoke to me.  Just a hollow tinny sound on the phone.  I called MTS and they said this number belongs to Group Telecom.  I e-mailed them to stop using this number.  More annoying to me but others have more serious complaints.

Hi!  This number is used by SKYPE when someone is calling you from a computer on the web for example.

I just got the same message and was going to call back as we've had things being shipped to us at different times -- thanks for all these posts and letting us know -
These damn scammers just keep coming up with new things.

phone rings, I pick up, I say, hello ? no one answers, I hang up and dial the number back and get a busy signal always
