Called while out, no message. WTF? I have unwanted telemarketers blocked. What could these people want?

i got through when i called the number back and it is for the national blind association or something like that.

sounds like some scammers to me, he asks if im Mr MFB, curious i say yea... he says hes from CBC Canadian Blind Corporation or something... i ask yea and how did you get this number, i hear another kid in the background yell or scream... i ask again how he got the number, he goes silent and i call him a little bi*** and he hangs up the phone

calls 4x a day, no one on other end. Busy signal on return Very Annoying
