they just called me and put me on hold  so i hung up

I recieve a call from (204) 480-5063 every day, also from commercial credit, the woman is very rude and arguementative, tells me i owe someone money but she wont tell me who unless i give her my full date of birth over the phone, i obviously refuse as this is a clear case of identity theft. She wont stop calling and says she has the right to call me everyday. I dont know how to stop this, any advice would be greatly appreciated.

They do not have the right to call everyday.  I believe it is only 3 times a week they can call.  Answer next time tell them that ( research it online, there is a lot of info on this) Also, tell them to send it to you in writing.  If it IS you who owes, they will have your current address on file.  Always say you want it in writing. I've been receiving the same phone call from this number and they won't stop callin, contact local police and see what they say, that's what I plan on doin, if these calls continue
