I was asked if I was such and such.  I replied negatively.  Then I was asked how long I had my phone number.  I hung up on him because it was none of his business!

From then I was contacted very often by this man.  Of course, I did not pick up the phone.  Finally, I picked up the phone one day and heard a message for me to call back.  What did he think he was?

Never pick up a telemarketer call, local or otherwise, but always welcome ad mailings!

I also get many calls from this number.  I have a policy to not answer calls from numbers I don't recognise.  If it's important they'll leave a message!

This one _does_ leave me messages.  Lengthy ones... of STATIC.  Just like < annoyed > said.
