Called my wife today claiming to be an officer with Canada Revenue Agency. Said something about fraudulent tax returns ......obviously was a scam. They were dumb enough to leave a number to cal - (613) 707-6284. I called back and played along for a minute. Once I started to call the bluff the guy began to swear and utter threats over the phone. I was laughing hysterically as he lost all composure....hears a string of profanity as I hung up the phone.

I received a call from this number. I called back and received the "no routes found". This is a spam call.

Got a phone call from this # 204-480=3978 didn't recognize it so didn't pick up....thought if it is legit they will leave a message...no message...then I check here and glad I didn't pick up.

Yeah same stuff. Got 3 calls that were unknown and then another call with the actual number and I tried to call back and it said "route not found" scammers for sure.

Caller claiming to be from CRA and that i was being sued for tax fraud? Said a lot of things that didn't make sense and was very rude. Told him to contact my accountant and he got mad and hung up.

They keep calling and never leave a voicemail. I would like to have them blocked.

Don't complain on here... Mts... Manitoba telephone system... Is allowing this to happen... Call mts and see if you can get call block... I talked to vice president and the dumb bitch told me they had a long list of people that don't want call block. ??? Big liar... Mts does not care about you...

Called this morning--another "Computer Maintenance Department" and your computer is filling with viruses (ohhhhh!).  I asked when did Microsoft start cold-calling and he flustered because he's off script, of course.  He said they're too busy so they contract customers.  By the way...I use a Mac!.  I went, yeah sure, pinhead, nice try.  I also told him they're a bunch of thieves so bugger off. Please, please do not give them any (more) personal information, let alone your credit card.  They are thieves bottom line!  I just don't understand why the CRTC and the phone companies can't do anything about it.  Technology, I guess...as per the bad guys are one step ahead...

I received a call from this number and  the caller hung up. I immediately called back and a recording stated " No Routes Found" followed by a busy signal.

Lot's of staticky dead air.  No one answered.  I suspect they are verifying real numbers and we will get a call from the Mumbai telemarketers/scammers...I will tell them to [***].  Getting tired of them also using my home number as their caller ID. Telephone company powerless to do anything...

Some person with South Asian accented English phoned and told me he was from Windows technical support calling about computer issues. I highly doubt that anyone from Microsoft would phone anyone. This is definitely a scam to get people to give these scammers remote control of their computers. I wish the telecom companies would put an end to letting these people spoof local phone numbers.

I keep getting this # " (204) 480-3978 " call my house, I swear its ruining my parents relationship by asking for my mother & then ME like wth?! Idk who this is, and I clearly want them to quit calling me.
