Last time a newspaper called it was the Vancouver Sun.  I let the kid read off his little script up to the part where he thinks he's signing me up then I said, now you do have a version in braille, right?  I have no idea whether they do or not, but the kid hung up so fast I thought my eardrum might rupture.  That was 5 years ago, and they have not called me since then.

have been getting calls from 204 numbers... pick up but no one answers just hangs up immediately , very frustrating

OMG, just do what I do: ?Use DITCHMAIL, not voicemail to screen your calls.  Answer known callers you see on your display and use ditchmail to screen out unknown numbers on your display.  Google ditchmail, I'm sure you'll find lots of sites to get ideas from.  I use:"The person you are trying to reach does not accept unknown callers.  Goodbye"My ditchmail then hangs up on the caller so they cannot leave a message.  Great for creditors!!!!!I've stopped so many telemarketers from calling using my beloved ditchmail.  You can too!;)

Hey guys I'm from Toronto. Currently in Edmonton on business and my phone has been called by this number. The only time I gave t out was at the Edmonton airport renting a car from Avis. Hmmmmm.
the funny thing is I've only been here 24 hours.

People are saying that its the Globe and Mail,  if that the case,  (416) 646-8791 is ALSO the globe and mail so complain about that one too.
