I get calls from these a**holes too.  No answer...just silence and then hang up.   What's amazing is that they can get away with this annoying bu***hit.  You can call Ma Bell and explain what's going on but Bell gives a s**t.  The "do not call" lists give a s**t.  If you see this number come up on your "call display" and you happen to have an air horn next to your phone, one that gives about a 120 decibel blast.  Or...an emergency whistle is also a good "answering system" for calls like this.   'Nuff said.

about once or twice a week . this number comes up on our telephone ..

they never leave a message and it says it is coming from Manitoba ..

We are sick of you and every other telemarketer that calls.  We won't answer.  You won't get anything from us.  This type of telemarketing is a white collar version of stealing.  If you do it, you are leading a life of crime.

Called 9:30 a.m. Monday , Sep.20 from Manitoba. We did not answer.

I too have been getting calls from these numbers frequently.  When I call back it says the number is out of service or it just keeps ringing.  I'm not sure what to do about this.
