204 is Manitoba (likely Winnipeg) as that is where a lot of call centers have been moved in Canada (central and cheap labour).

Last time a newspaper called it was the Vancouver Sun.  I let the kid read off his little script up to the part where he thinks he's signing me up then I said, now you do have a version in braille, right?  I have no idea whether they do or not, but the kid hung up so fast I thought my eardrum might rupture.  That was 5 years ago, and they have not called me since then.

I get these call 3 to 4 times a day I do not answer them and when the answer machine start they hang up

I also get calls from (204) 927-2271 this one 4 times today

about once or twice a week . this number comes up on our telephone ..they never leave a message and it says it is coming from Manitoba ..its starting to bug us . thanks... we live in Surrey BC .
