This number has called me multiple times, waking me up multiple times as well (I am a shift-worker). I have yet to speak with anyone, as each time I get to the phone they've hung up.

No one from Pulse Telecom called me. I think you are kidding, or you work for their competitors. I received a hundred calls from Modaphone and Primo. They suck! That's why I didn't sign with them.Any really reviews for Pulse Telecom as a LD provider?  I need a phone company to call my friends from Europe...Thanks.

I have been using Pulse Telecom from last 1 years. It's a very good phone company. I never had any problem. They have cheap rates and great promotions offers. Some types they offer free mins or discount in my bill. They also have great referral program. I always recommend pulse Telecom to my all friends and family members.

Telemarketing. First they called like 10 times, with a hang up after the first ring, without a chance to answer. Finally a couple of weeks ago a person with a thick accent offered some internet services. I asked not to be called again. I got another call today.

I think telemarketing is legal in the USA & Canada and the companies can call you to inform and sell their packages if they are doing this between 9.00 am-9.00 pm and if your phone number is not on Do Not Call List.
Am I wrong?
