This number has called me multiple times, waking me up multiple times as well (I am a shift-worker). I have yet to speak with anyone, as each time I get to the phone they've hung up.

How do I stop these people from calling my cell phone ??

Dear Pulse Telecom, Just because you have a Russian name, it doesn't mean you speak Russian, or if you have a Spanish name means you speak the Spanish.  It's very annoying when we get a call we cannot understand and the idiot on the other end of the phone cannot understand us as well, and you keep calling again and again. Please stop harasing us.

They have tried to call me a couple of times now so I answered their call yesterday evening about 5:30 PM and when asked the person told me that he was calling from Pulse Telecom(s).  I then asked them where Pulse Telecom was located and I believe he said "161 Bay St in Toronto"...  It sounded like he was calling from overseas, poor line quality and heavy accent so I then asked where he was calling from, twice, and all I got was, "I'm Sorry Sir? What do you mean?"...  I asked to be removed from their call lists immediately and he said "Sure, no problem. Thank you, good bye."... Hope this helps!

No one from Pulse Telecom called me. I think you are kidding, or you work for their competitors. I received a hundred calls from Modaphone and Primo. They suck! That's why I didn't sign with them.Any really reviews for Pulse Telecom as a LD provider?  I need a phone company to call my friends from Europe...Thanks.

"Hi ,guys I feels ofended personaly ,while you're talking bad things about PULSE Telecom. I have this company for many years (4 or 5 probably) ,and I cannot say a bad word about them. Nobody ever harrased me or had been impolite. After all, they have great rates for long distance and international calls as well.

How hilarious! Now "satisfied customers" are monitoring the complaint boards!
