harassing saying I owe money

They want my imformation and saying i owe money

big time scammers say that I have file I need to deal with but first they need to verify my identity- as if! When I say I am on do not call list they say this is not a charity.

I recieved a phone call from this number from a very rude and arguementative woman saying that i owe money and demanding that i give her my date of birth. She refuses to tell me who i owe money to unless i give her my date of birth, obviously i am not giving a stranger my date of birth as this is an identity theft  scam. Any advice on how to stop these daily calls would be greatly appreciated.

Calling for so many times. What is their problem? Why don't they tell me who are they and what they want.

Has been calling for about three months. So annoying!
