no answer again

Someone from the this number has been calling my land line for several weeks.  No answer.  Tried calling back, just get a busy signal.  Next time will report to police.

Just called me... couldn't understand them.

Called twice - Heavy accent; Can't understand - Hang Up

Someone called from that phone number, left open line, said nothing, hung up.  CAll has been traced for the second time.  After the third time it will be reported to police as a threatening call.
