This is a collection agency calling!

Called at 9:19am - I picked up and nobody on the line.

Got a call, they would not leave a message or leave name on name display. Also phoned at 8:28 am Woke me up. I have trouble enough  sleeping. They should not phone before 9:00 am.

Received a call from this number with UNKNOWN NAME attached to the display. Returned the call as I was not home for original call and they would not tell me why they called.

They called, didn't answer due to the area code.. they didn't leave a message...

This number keeps calling me now contacting my cell - they do not identify who they are.
They leave a reference ID #, and then say it is an, anonymous, yet important business call, and then say I must call them beck leaving another # to call.

This number came up with Manitoba on the call display - called before 7:30 am.  When answered they said it was important that I call them back right away.  I hung up before getting their "important" number.  Fortunately I have a phone that allows me to block particular numbers from calling - I hear 1 ring and then it stops.
