This number calls me all the time as well and never leaves a message.  When I dialed it back, I got the voicemail of the Conservative Party of Canada!Stephen Harper... stop the harassment!  I ain't answering!

this is just strange... person at this number called my neighbour asking for me and then my wife... wanted to know where we lived. Very creepy.

this number called me today and they hang up without leaving a message....if you want something then leave a message! do ppl not kno wht an answering machine is used for anymore!

I've had a call from (204) 216-0028/">(204) 216-0028 four times in the past month.  They never leave a message when the answering machine kicks in.  My call display show in apostrophes "(204) 216-0028" followed by the number 13001867734.
