Robocaller from Quebec...
Only asked one question: (1) whether my household had a landline phone or (2) if it was a mobile only household
After hitting 1 or 2, the call ended

Call them from a phone booth, leave no message !.
It is free for you, 1-800- numbers have to pay for the long distance charges.
Sometime they'll get tired of paying, or they'll be cut off by their provider.
